Dr. Enoche Oga- Parent Governor
St Stephen’s School has played a major role in my children’s life and provided them with an excellent start. I became a Parent Governor in 2015, keen to represent the views of parents and support the School to become more highly regarded and the best it can be, through School serving the local community. I am keen to contribute to the strategic direction and play an active part in assisting continual improvement of St Stephen’s.
I have a Bachelor in Pharmacy degree, a Post-graduate certificate in Higher Education (Teaching and Learning) and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and currently work in the University. Although my day-job is in Higher Education, it was in this role I developed further interest in the area of supporting education and social inclusion of younger learners.
I am very much looking forward to making a positive contribution to the Governing Body, where I serve as the Safeguarding Governor, being on the Curriculum and Resources committee. I look forward to working as part of the team to ensure that all children achieve their full potential and enjoy their learning experience in a safe and conducive environment.
