Diwali Day

This week we have been learning all about Diwali, and how Hindus and Sikhs prepare for the festival and celebrate with their families and friends. 
As part of our learning, this week we have learnt the story of Rama and Sita, made rice rangoli patterns, diva lamps from recycled materials, Diwali cards, learnt a dance and had some mehndi. What a busy week!
