Hi everyone! I hope that you are all OK at home. Please keep in touch and let me know how you are getting on. Even if it just to say hi! J
**Please just do what work you can and please please don’t worry if you don’t do it all. I’d rather give you lots to keep you busy than not enough. If you wish to do alternative activities, that is also absolutely fine. Just do what is right for your family situation. Also, if you get stuck or are unsure, please just ask me. **
Today’s activities are as follows:
Theme: Climate Change
Imagine you have been invited by Greta Thunberg to join her at her next speech to World Leaders.
Imagine she has asked you to prepare a short speech about climate change and what you think needs to be done to combat it.
Watch these short clips of Greta in action for inspiration: https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/49803015
Write your speech outlining what climate change is, its effect on the world and your five key ways to help combat it.
Think about using emotive, powerful language to persuade World Leaders that this is an urgent matter.
If possible, once you have written your speech, record/film it to send to your teacher.

Qu’est-ce que tu aimes manger? – What food do you like?
Have a look at the PowerPoint below.
Use the information sheet as a prompt to practise asking people in their household what they like to eat. Get others to ask you what you like to eat too. In your Green Book, write down what people like and don’t like to eat.
And as always, any questions please just ask.
