Ramadan begins tomorrow so this is a great topic to be learning about. This week we are thinking about our own experiences and about commitment.
What would you like to be better at. What could you they do to improve this aspect of your life? How much time and effort would need to be focused on this in order to make a difference? What qualities might a person develop from being committed?
Art - Take a line for a walk and use your pencil to shade it in different tones... how can you make it shade lighter or darker... you should only use tones of grey for this activity.
PE - Can you create your own workout like Joe Wicks? You could use jogging on the spot, squats, high knees, fast punch, bottom kicks, arm spins.... send me some videos of you teaching it to your family.
