Here is your work for today.

First Session - Spelling and Grammar

Please take the next five words off the year 5/6 spelling list ( sufficient, system, suggest, temperature and symbols ) Learn what they mean and how to spell them. Write each word in a sentence and put it in your exercise book.

Today we are learning about using the appropriate choice of pronoun or noun within and across sentences to aid cohesion and avoid repetition.

Go on purple mash and complete 2do past and present.


Second Session

Read and enjoy Chapter 4 of the story, My Father's Deep Dark Secret.


What is Danny's dad's secret ?

How do you think Danny feels about his dad's secret ? Why ? Give reasons for your answer.

Use the resources below to learn about Victory in Europe Day. Either write about VE day or do Challenge 1 or 2 on the resource page.
