KS1 Trip to the Lancashire Archives and a Visit to the Temple

Our infants enjoyed a trip to the Lancashire Archives this week, as well as a trip to the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir on Monday.  Their learning in History and of the Hindu faith has made it a busy week.  Thank you to families who helped walk us to these venues.  The children had a great experience. 

KS1  also received a special talk from Stephen Poleon about the history of the stowaways at Preston Docks.  This taught us more about life in the 1950s and 1960s when people came to Preston from the West Indies.
