Remembrance Assembly

Our values leaders led a special assembly for Remembrance and the children produced poppies to decorate the cross on the stage.  Prayers and poems were read and all pupils were given the chance to make their own poppies and to write peace prayers or reflections. 

We have also remembered those who have sacrificed their lives in world wars.  At St. Stephen’s we have reflected on the tragedy of those who have sacrificed their lives and those who bravely go to the front lines to report on the impact of war so that we can be educated.
