TriKidz - Promoting Multisport

Class: Year 1/2 Year: 2021 - 2022

TriKidz are a company that deliver free sessions to schools. Their aim is to deliver free triathlon coaching in primary schools throughout the North West to encourage children to be active, enjoy multisport and promote positive mental health messages.

Year 1/2 children took part and they used swim ropes to replicate swimming, bikes attached to turbo trainers and cones to mark out a run course. They were brilliant and are now officially triathletes!
