CHINESE NEW YEAR

This week the Explorers and Inventors have enjoyed learning about Chinese New Year. We have learnt how Chinese people prepare for the festival and how it is celebrated. 

We have copied Chinese letters to write our names. We also worked together to create a Chinese dragon from paper plates. We have  made Chinese lanterns with 2 students from UCLAN, we listened carefully and followed the instuctions to create them.

We have really enjoyed learning about this special festival!
